TOKYO SEIMITSU Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us") reserves the right to change, add or delete the terms and conditions of this Agreement, so please return to this page periodically to ensure familiarity with the most current version of this Agreement. Your continued use of the Site following such changes will be deemed acceptance of such changes.

This Site is only for your personal use. Use for any other purpose, including commercial, is not allowed. Information on the Site may be used on the condition that it is: reproduced in agreement with copyright regulations and the terms of the Agreement, as described hereinafter; and, not reproduced or displayed on a network, publicly broadcast or modified. You agree not to damage or cause undue harm to, interrupt the operation of, or inhibit any other visitor from using the Site.

The contents of the Site are protected by law and you may not reproduce or copy either all or part of said contents. Any logos, graphics, audio clips and images provided, as well as the design and layout of the Site, may not be reproduced, copied or re-transmitted unless the Company has clearly granted license to do so.

TOKYO SEIMITSU pays careful attention to the information released on the Site. However, the information is provided "as is" and without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Note that the information and related diagrams on the Site may be technically incorrect or contain geographical discrepancies and the Company is entitled to change or amend said materials without prior warning. We also reserve the right to ameliorate, amend or modify product information on the Site without prior warning. The Company does not warrant that your use of the Site or the contents thereof will be uninterrupted, error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the server(s) on which the Site is hosted are free of viruses or other harmful components. The Company also does not guarantee the accuracy, correctness or reliability of the contents on the Site. You are responsible for all charges related to services required, repairs or correction.

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to TOKYO SEIMITSU's negligence, shall the Company or any of our licensors be liable for any accidental, special or consequential damages related to (a) the use, or (b) the inability to use information contained on the Site, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Neither the Company nor any of our suppliers are responsible for any losses (including loss of business, data or profits) caused through the utilization of the Site's software or information, or the provision or non-provision of services. This includes cases which stem from breach of contract, error or illegal activity. In no event shall TOKYO SEIMITSU's total liability to you for all damages, losses and cause of action (whether in contract or tort, including, but not limited to, negligence or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you to the Company to access the Site.

This Site is managed and operated inside the office of the Company, which is located in Japan. We make no representation that contents on the Site are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. Users from other countries or regions who choose to access the Site do so of their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with the applicable local laws.

The software provided in the materials on this Site is subject to the laws and regulations of Japan and other countries. No software may be downloaded, exported or re-exported to any country, party or person subject to the control of the laws and regulations of Japan and other countries. By downloading or using any software, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country.

This Agreement shall remain effective until terminated by either the user or the Company. Upon termination, you shall destroy all documents, reproductions and other materials obtained from the Site, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise. The Agreement may be terminated at any time.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate this Agreement if you are in breach of the terms herein. Upon termination of this Agreement, you are obliged to destroy materials copied or obtained from the Site or any other Company site, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.

The trademarks "TOKYO SEIMITSU" and "ACCRETECH" as well as logos and product names are the registered trademarks and property of the Company. Other product and company names on the site are the property of respective trademark proprietors. You may not use any trademarks unless you have the right to do so, as clearly demarcated in this Agreement.

TOKYO SEIMITSU respects the intellectual property of all third parties. Users are required to show the same respect. The copyright to the Site's contents, including but not limited to text, photos and illustrations, is owned by the Company and protected under Japanese copyright laws and international conventions.

You may not reproduce, alter, upload, post, transmit, distribute, license, sell or publish any images, text (including catalog information) or related data if it is clearly outside the realm of personal use or impinges on pertinent laws, without our prior written permission. You are also not allowed to modify all or part of the Site's contents without Company approval.

Use of the Site and interpretation and application of the Agreement is construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, except as may otherwise be provided. Tokyo District Court shall have the exclusive jurisdiction of the first trial for all disputes in connection with the use of the Site, unless otherwise provided.

f any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

It is possible to use cookies on this Site. TOKYO SEIMITSU uses cookies to store and track your preferences to provide you with a more personalized user experience. A cookie is a message that is sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. You can either accept or reject cookies by setting your browser to notify you when a cookie is sent.

This Site records personal information necessary to provide the best services for our users. The information is managed on a private server in a secure system achieved through such mechanisms as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent unauthorized access or leakage.
