Intelligent Judgment Control
SPC control (post-process) and display and output of ellipticity, chattering judgment, and processing status (in-process) are available, enabling control with a high added value.
Multipoint Measurement
Hardware that allows connection of a maximum of 4 measuring heads and software that allows judgment of a maximum of 32 items provide the optimum configuration for simultaneous parallel processing and multi-item judgment.
(Additionally, mounting the PULCOM V11 and V11D expansion units enables connection of a maximum of 32 measuring heads.)
Significantly Enhanced Usability
A 6.5-inch bright TFT color LCD with a touch panel has been adopted for the display unit. Simply touch the screen of the setting that you wish to set or change when making adjustments or performing other operations. This significantly enhances the usability.
Many More Display Functions
The real-time graphic display for in-process judgment enables the processing status to be grasped at a glance, simplifying discovery of problems. (A signal can be optionally output in the event of a problem.) The processing status can be replicated when a defective workpiece is discovered in post-processing, simplifying analysis of the cause of the defect. For post-process judgment, the display can be tailored to the functions used, e.g., display of the list of all judgment items and display of statistically processed data.
Meter Display
The processing status can be displayed on the meter of the LCD for in-process measurement, providing a realistic view of the processing conditions.
More Standard Functions
The unit has a variety of functions as standard, including auto-mastering, operational expression input, smoothing, and extended range display/high resolution.
Data List Display
Display of a workpiece diagram, judgment items, judgment values, and judgment results in a list facilitates judgment of the current status.
Supports 4 Languages
The display can be switched to Japanese, English, Chinese or Korean, so it can be used easily overseas. *However, the measurement item names are displayed only in Japanese and English.
Size Shift Function for Multi-Product Lines (Option)
Combing this unit with an extended range measuring head enables judgment of workpieces of multiple types, multiple axes, etc. without changing the setup. A maximum of 1280 size shifts can be registered.
The processing status can be displayed in real time.
In-Line Roundness (Option)
Roundness can be measured during or after processing. The measurement results are displayed in polar coordinates and output as a “pass” or “fail” judgment. In addition, the provision of an FFT analysis function facilitates judgment of chattering and an equal-diameter strain circle, too.
Fieldbus Support
CC-Link, PROFIBUS, and DeviceNet (option) are supported.
The unit can communicate with upper devices like NC and PLC via one serial cable. Also, since the measurement data can be output, support is also available for IoT. Due to this, the unit is released from the multiple wiring of the conventional I/O, and so the effort expended on design, assembly, maintenance, etc. can be reduced.
Detachable Front Panel (V10S)
The front panel is detachable, so it is possible to embed the unit easily in the user device’s operation panel. Install the main unit inside the control panel of the user's device.
