As with ZEISS PRISMO® ultra, the top end model of the series, ZEISS PRISMO® fortis has temperature sensors mounted at the top and bottom of the front and rear surfaces of table. Even the slightest distortion of the table caused by temperature gradient can be corrected. In addition, it is equipped with Zerodur® scale with an extremely low thermal expansion coefficient. Thus, the accuracy guarantee temperature range has been widened so that despite being a high accuracy machine, it can be used even in a severe temperature environment.

New ZEISS PRISMOⓇ 7/12/7 fortis aero

This is a new model that combines ZEISS PRISMO® fortis with the new function " ZEISS VAST Rotary Table (ZVR) " and the RT-AB embedded rotary table (top plate of ø 315 or 400 mm), which are only available on this model.
The ZEISS VAST Rotary Table significantly increases the rotational speed of the rotary table, allowing extremely efficient measurement of aircraft components such as blades and blisks by speeding up 4-axis scanning measurement using the rotary table.
