As with ZEISS PRISMO® ultra, the top end model of the series, ZEISS PRISMO® fortis has temperature sensors mounted at the top and bottom of the front and rear surfaces of table. Even the slightest distortion of the table caused by temperature gradient can be corrected. In addition, it is equipped with Zerodur® scale with an extremely low thermal expansion coefficient. Thus, the accuracy guarantee temperature range has been widened so that despite being a high accuracy machine, it can be used even in a severe temperature environment.
