Additional Payment of Sewerage Charges for Hachioji Plant

After consulting with the relevant administrative agency, Tokyo Seimitsu (the Company) has made a lump-sum payment of unpaid sewerage charges that had not been billed to us.
The Company has been reporting the amount of groundwater usage to the relevant administrative agencies, but upon noticing a discrepancy between the reported usage and the invoiced amount, the Company checked with the agencies and discovered the discrepancy. The Company immediately submitted a notification and made a lump-sum payment of 164,893,472 Yen (including tax) of the unpaid sewerage charges.
