With regard to the misconducts by the former president of a subsidiary company of Tokyo Seimitsu Co., Ltd. (dismissed in March 2021) disclosed in February 2021, the said former president was arrested on suspicion of fraud on October 31st, 2022. We have been consulting with the investigative authorities on this case. The investigation is still ongoing, and we will continue to fully cooperate with the investigation.
