TOKYO SEIMITSU begins sales of Wafer Inspection Machine "WIN-WIN 50 1400", New Advanced Mode
TOKYO SEIMITSU CO., LTD. (Sadakatsu Suzuki, President & C.O.O.) will begin sales of "1400", the most advanced model of "WIN-WIN 50" series Wafer Inspection Machines, which is capable of accommodating design rules up to 65nm. The new model machine will be on show during SEMICON Japan 2003 (from Dec.3), at the booth of Tokyo Seimitsu (No.5-A901).
"1400" is the upgraded version of our well recognized and popular "1200" model, and realizes higher speed, sensitivity and operability. This new model improves on many of the already advanced capabilities of the series. For instance, the speed of image processing is 40% faster compared to "1200" model.
"1400" goes beyond the main concept of the "WIN-WIN 50" series and is loaded with confocal microscope and optical image comparison system. Where cutting edge device makers actively develop devices under 90nm node, "1400" realizes high-speed processing suitable for microscopic devices, high sensitivity matching the device's complex structure, and easy operability (eg. inspection recipe, defect classification function). "1400" strongly assists the swift start-up of next generation device development as well as yield improvement.
The WIN-WIN 50 line up now has models "1100", "1200" and "1400", providing choices according to our various customers' needs (device makers, material makers and wafer makers etc.). Each model is upgradeable, leading to a vast CoO reduction, and is thus widely supported by our customers.
