KLA-Tencor Corporation and Accretech USA have settled the litigation
KLA-Tencor Corporation and Accretech USA, Inc., a subsidiary of Tokyo Seimitsu Company Ltd. of Japan, announce that they have settled the litigation that has been pending between them since July 2001. Pursuant to the settlement, both KLA-Tencor and Tokyo Seimitsu/Accretech dismissed their claims and terminated their litigation against each other. The terms of the settlement are confidential.
