10 BEST Award to TOKYO SEIMITSU for eighth year running
TOKYO SEIMITSU is delighted to receive VLSI Research's 10 BEST Chip Making Equipment Suppliers Award* in two categories again this year.
Our probers were acknowledged in the category of "test & materials handling equipment" for the eighth year running, this year being ranked fifth (top for seven straight years in the Japanese and fully automated prober maker segments).
Our dicers were highly scored in the "assembly equipment" category for the second year running, especially this year being ranked first.
TOKYO SEIMITSU's advanced product development which aims to enhance our custome's productivity, as well as our high level customer support, were the major factors contributing to the award.
