TOKYO SEIMITSU Co., Ltd. (Hideo Ohtsubo, Chairman and CEO) today announced the establishment of its overseas subsidiary company, and the launch of its operation in October.

Accretech (China) Co., Ltd. is a new subsidiary listed in Shanghai, and is wholly owned by TOKYO SEIMITSU Co., Ltd. It has total responsibility for our semiconductor manufacturing equipment and measuring equipment business inside China, including sales, distribution, installation and maintenance.

Accretech (China) Co.,Ltd. has its head office in Shanghai, and also a distribution center in the bond precinct. This will enhance the customer support activities of the Accretech group inside China, enabling faster response to customer demands with products and components available at the local distribution center.

TOKYO SEIMITSU Co., Ltd. has been building close business relationships within China for nearly 40 years, by manufacturing and distributing measuring equipment through a joint venture enterprise with Zhongyuan Measuring Instrument Co., Ltd. since 1960s, and also through our local office in Beijing. The establishment of the subsidiary company in Shanghai will also allow us to vastly improve our customer relationships in the field of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, at a time of recent rapid growth of semiconductor business in China.
