Tokyo Seimitsu Co., Ltd. increases its stake in LEEPL Corp. up to 2/3
Tokyo Seimitsu Co., Ltd., Mr. Hideo Ohtsubo, Chairman and CEO, has announced that it has become a 67% shareholder of LEEPL Corporation, Dr. Nobuo Shimazu, President.
Tokyo Seimitsu formerly held 49% of LEEP Corp.'s shares with the remaining 51% held by both Nanolith, LLC and Angel Labs Corp. After this deal, Tokyo Seimitsu will hold a 67% stake, and Nanolith, LLC and Angel Labs Corp. will each hold 16.5%. This increase further reinforces LEEPL Corp. as a full member of the Tokyo Seimitsu Group.
