10 BEST Prize Awarded for Six Straight Years
Tokyo Seimitsu was awarded a 10 BEST Prize for the sixth straight year by VLSI Research Inc. in the 2001 Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Tokyo Seimitsu was ranked third in the overall evaluation (top for five straight years in the Japanese and prober maker segments) of the Test and Material Handling segment. Tokyo Seimitsu scored the highest marks of all evaluated companies in the area of Equipment Performance, Uptime, Cost of Ownership, and Throughput.
